Toquote what happened, an object (probably a Lancaster) fell to the small Courgent commune of the Yvelines in France, July 08 1944. A stèle was erected to the precise place of the fall. The 7 airmen rest in the military square of Courgent, and this year 2004 the municipality will commemorate the 60th birthday of this history page. We have well rediscovered the names and functions of the members of the crew, but we look for the every airmen photographs that gave his life for our liberation. Can- you to help us in this gait? I join you a photo of the military square of Courgent and remains at your disposal to obtain you other photos if need. Thank-you of this that you will do and good day. André Vanderbruggen President of the National union of the Fighters of the Mantois.
