On the right is a picture of me and the missus just before we had a bath. We had been investigating our owner's compost heap. We produce Pure Bred Maltese Terrier Pups for your love and enjoyment. A little bit about myself.......I prefer my pipe and slippers.....I like a glass of port after a meal......I am well mannered and very loyal. I do not like crows because they steal my bones. I like to play with my puppies and enjoy a good game of chase with them. I like to teach them how to play and chase. I do not have a temper but I did warn a German Shepherd and a Bull Terrier to stay away and they agreed to do so. I enjoy sitting on my owner's knee and being affectionate. I like food of any description. I do enjoy a nap in the privacy of my own area. I do like to chew my owners slippers. I do not bark very much unless our garden is "under attack" from a kitty.

| About the missus....A very strong willed person. Loves a game. Looks after the kids very well. When I came to live here I had no teeth and she looked after me and helped to feed me. I am younger than she. She also enjoys a nap in her private spot.....barks at 'kitties'....enjoys games of chase. We both love walks. With the litter we have just had she has partly house trained the kids herself. A very mothering person. In her picture on the right you will notice one of the kids having a nap and she is sitting on guard beside the pup. |

Owners Comments Temerity Jane came to us first via a pet shop. A very strong willed dog that has to be dominated all the time. Very affectionate and very loyal to both my partner and myself and always welcomes friends loudly to the house. She does get very excited and sometimes over does her welcome. Beware if you are not a friend. The teeth seem to expand to an un-proportionate size. I believe these two dogs would give their life to defend their garden. Tobias Joshua came direct from a breeder of pedigree Maltese. He is a quieter dog but still welcomes friends loudly to the house. Loyalty and trust goes without saying when referring to him. Tea time is his favorite part of the day. We have observed some very unusual traits in these two dogs that we have never seen before. If one is outside and the other is being groomed then the one outside will rush in to check what is happening. It seems they have the capability to communicate silently with each other. Even when the first litter arrived they still worked as a team to clean and nurture the puppies. We were quite amazed to witness the male dog doing the house work. Tammy (Temerity Jane) did keep Toby (Tobias Joshua) away from the pups for the first 24 hours but he was soon allowed to clean and look after his kids. Peter Johnson |
